At Sanremo we saw a wide variety of looks that confirm the festival’s ongoing aesthetic evolution. In 2025, the standout choices were women’s outfits featuring sequins, deep necklines, and a sleeveless top with a structured armhole cut, giving definition and a more architectural finish. Fitted and highly personal silhouettes also dominated the scene.

As for the men, the trend leaned toward wide-leg trousers, oversized jackets and bombers, and glove details signed by major Italian and international fashion houses. For this edition, sheer fabrics combined with leather took center stage, without abandoning sequins and dramatic volumes.

PRIMA SERATA A SAN REMO

BEST LOOKS: DONNE

La prima notte con look eleganti, senza troppi rischi e puntando sulle scelte più sicure: colori neutri che si adattano sempre alla semplicità dell’eleganza. Mi hanno colpito in modo particolare i gioielli, vintage ed eleganti, con un tocco sontuoso.

Il protagonista indiscusso, senza dubbio, è stato uno dei miei stilisti preferiti: Giorgio Armani. Al centro de la scena, Laura Pausini: sia la palette cromatica sia il taglio a sirena, declinato in diverse strutture superiori e abbinato ai gioielli, f ormavano un insieme impeccabile. Un risultato da dieci.

On the first night, the looks were elegant, without taking major risks and opting for the safest choices: neutral colours that always complement the simplicity of true elegance. What stood out to me the most were the jewels — vintage, refined, and with a touch of opulence.

The undisputed star, without a doubt, was one of my favourite designers: Giorgio Armani. At the centre of the scene, Laura Pausini: both the colour palette and the mermaid silhouette, interpreted through different upper structures and paired with the jewellery, created a flawless ensemble. A perfect ten.

BEST LOOK : UOMINI

Nel caso dei look maschili, le proposte sono più moderne: predominano i pantaloni ampi, con pinces marcate e volumi importanti, spesso in nero. Si vedono blazer doppiopetto, giacche aderenti oppure corte e strutturate. Mettiamo in risalto l’eleganza di Conti, che rimane fedele al taglio classico.

Questi sono i look che mi sono piaciuti di più, perfettamente in linea con lo stile e la particolarità di ognuno di loro.

In the case of the men’s looks, the proposals are more modern: wide trousers with pronounced pleats and generous volumes dominate, often in black. Double‑breasted blazers, fitted jackets, or short structured ones appear throughout. We highlight Conti’s elegance, as he remains faithful to the classic cut.

These are the looks I liked the most, perfectly aligned with each person’s style and distinctive character.

SECONDA SERATA A SAN REMO:

La seconda serata di Sanremo ci ha regalato look un po’ più audaci, accompagnati da gioielli importanti. In questa occasione cito in particolare Levante, fedele al suo stile sobrio e molto femminile, che valorizza la sua figura con una creazione firmata Giorgio Armani. (Avrei attenuato i tatuaggi per rendere il look davvero impeccabile.)

The second night of Sanremo brought slightly bolder looks, accompanied by statement jewellery. On this occasion, I highlight Levante, who remained faithful to her understated and very feminine style, enhancing her silhouette with a creation by Giorgio Armani. (I would have softened the tattoos to make the look truly impeccable.)

BEST LOOK: UOMINI

Nei look maschili la linea è stata molto simile alla prima serata; in questa occasione metto in evidenza l’eleganza di Conti e il look più audace di Achille, che ha saputo valorizzare alla perfezione il suo total white grazie al suo stile personale così ben definito.

SERATA 3:

Best looks: DONNE

Questa sera devo dire che sono stati i look delle donne a catturare maggiormente la mia attenzione, con le presentatrici che ancora una volta hanno brillato.

Irina, alternativa, bellissima, sensuale e con un tocco molto personale: una presenza forte, costruita interamente attorno alle quattro creazioni vintage di Riccardo Tisci. La sua estetica dark couture non prevedeva gioielli protagonisti: niente collier o orecchini importanti, solo accessori tessili — guanti, frange dorate, cappellino — che completavano perfettamente la sua immagine.

Laura, invece, ancora una volta meravigliosa grazie ad Alberta Ferretti, con gioielli splendidi di Pasquale Bruni, perfettamente abbinati a ogni look. Le sue scelte luminose e sofisticate hanno valorizzato ogni outfit, creando un equilibrio impeccabile tra moda e preziosi.

Entrambe da 10. Senza dimenticare le altre, tutte molto ben scelte. Devo dire che, finora, questa è la serata che più mi è piaciuta.

his evening, I must say that it was the women’s looks that captured my attention the most, with the presenters once again shining brightly.

Irina—alternative, stunning, sensual, and with a deeply personal touch. A strong presence built entirely around four vintage creations by Riccardo Tisci. Her dark couture aesthetic did not call for statement jewelry: no necklaces or important earrings, only textile accessories — gloves, golden fringes, a small hat — that perfectly completed her image.

Laura, on the other hand, was once again magnificent in Alberta Ferretti, with splendid jewelry by Pasquale Bruni, perfectly matched to each look. Her luminous and sophisticated choices elevated every outfit, creating an impeccable balance between fashion and fine jewelry.

Both deserve a 10. And the others, too, were all very well chosen. I have to say that, so far, this has been the evening I’ve enjoyed the most.

Best look: UOMINI

Al pari delle donne, questo pomeriggio ho percepito una maggiore eleganza classica anche tra gli uomini, con qualche accenno moderno che si armonizzava perfettamente con ogni look. Il nostro presentatore, Carlo Conti, impeccabile come sempre, fedele al suo stile sobrio e raffinato, vestito su misura da Stefano Ricci, la maison fiorentina che firma tutti i suoi outfit per questa edizione.

Entrambe le presentatrici da 10, e senza dimenticare le altre, tutte molto ben scelte. Devo dire che, finora, questa è la serata che più mi è piaciuta.

Compared to the women, this afternoon I sensed a more classic elegance among the men as well, with a few modern touches that blended perfectly with each look. Our presenter, Carlo Conti, impeccable as always, remained faithful to his understated and refined style, dressed in a custom-made suit by Stefano Ricci, the Florentine maison behind all his outfits for this edition.

Both presenters deserve a 10, and the others, too, were all very well chosen. I have to say that, so far, this has been the evening I’ve enjoyed the most.

Serata COVER

Come vera stella della notte, senza dubbio Bianca Balti, splendida in Valentino con un prezioso tocco finale firmato Bulgari. Oltre al fatto che lei sia radiosa dopo il suo percorso di guarigione, i look sono stati spettacolari, con il verde acqua che considero il miglior outfit visto finora in tutte le serate.

Anche Laura, in Balenciaga e Bulgari, mi è piaciuta molto. È vero che in alcuni momenti i look richiedevano qualche piccola sfumatura in più, ma dato che sto parlando solo degli outfit che più mi hanno colpito, non aggiungerò alcun “ma”.

Del resto, vorrei sottolineare Malika Ayane, con un’eleganza dal sapore maschile‑femminile firmata Giorgio Armani, impeccabile e coerente con la sua identità estetica.

E splendida anche Ditonellapiaga, in Dsquared2 con gioielli Miluna e Tony Pitone: un look divino, curato in ogni dettaglio, compresa la parrucca caratterizzata che completava perfettamente l’insieme.

As the true star of the night, without a doubt, Bianca Balti—stunning in Valentino with a precious final touch by Bulgari. Beyond the fact that she is radiant after her healing journey, the looks were spectacular, with the aqua green ensemble, which I consider the best outfit seen so far across all the evenings.

I also really liked Laura, in Balenciaga and Bulgari. It’s true that at certain moments the looks could have used a bit more nuance, but since I’m focusing only on the outfits that impressed me the most, I won’t add any “buts.”

I would also like to highlight Malika Ayane, with a masculine‑feminine elegance by Giorgio Armani—impeccable and fully aligned with her aesthetic identity.

And Ditonellapiaga was splendid as well, in Dsquared2 with Miluna and Tony Pitone jewelry: a divine look, refined in every detail, including the characterful wig that completed the ensemble perfectly.

Best look : UOMINI:

Tra gli uomini eleganti con un tocco personale, vorrei evidenziare un look rischioso ma che, a mio avviso, è stato difeso in modo fenomenale: Ermal Meta, in Trussardi, molto ben portato e con una presenza scenica che ha attirato subito la mia attenzione.

E, come esempio di abito moderno, aggiungerei Sayf, in Herno, impeccabile: il taglio del completo, l’attitudine e persino i capelli perfettamente in linea con l’onda contemporanea. Va detto che il suo sorriso illumina letteralmente il palco.

Non vedo l’ora che arrivi la finalissima.

Among the elegant men with a personal touch, I would like to highlight a risky look that, in my opinion, was carried off phenomenally: Ermal Meta, in Trussardi, worn with great confidence and with a stage presence that immediately caught my attention.

And as an example of a modern suit, I would add Sayf, in Herno, impeccable: the cut of the ensemble, the attitude, and even the hair perfectly aligned with the contemporary wave. It must be said that his smile quite literally lights up the stage.

Best looks: Donne

Finale di Sanremo. Prima di tutto, congratulazioni al vincitore, Da Vinci. Una serata in cui il nero è stato protagonista assoluto e, allo stesso tempo, ci ha regalato look pazzeschi.

Laura, ancora una volta, mi è piaciuta tantissimo. So che è stata molto criticata, ma resta un’artista enorme, capace di sostenere ogni look — anche quelli che non ho amato — e di cantare benissimo. Questa ragazza mi piace davvero!!! Per la finale ha scelto una creazione spettacolare di Balenciaga, un abito nero couture con bustier e gonna ampia, completato da gioielli di Bulgari che le illuminavano il viso. Al suo stylist: well done.

Vorrei nominare anche Arisa, meravigliosa con quel tocco Hollywood dorato: un abito ricamato firmato Des Phemmes by Salvo Rizza,Arisa in gioielli Crivelli perfetto in ogni dettaglio.

E poi Elettra Lamborghini, che ha scelto un look scenografico e brillante, firmato Yanina Couture, in piena coerenza con la sua energia e presenza scenica.

Final night of Sanremo. First of all, congratulations to the winner, Da Vinci. A night where black took center stage and, at the same time, gave us some incredible looks.

Laura once again really impressed me. I know she’s been heavily criticized, but she remains a great artist who knows how to carry every look — even the ones I didn’t love — and she sang beautifully. I really like this girl!!! For the final she wore a stunning Balenciaga creation, paired with Bulgari jewelry. To her stylist: well done.

I also want to mention Arisa, with that Hollywood touch — golden, luminous, and flawless in every detail — wearing Des Phemmes by Salvo Rizza.e gioielli Crivelli

And Elettra Lamborghini, a modern siren in a striking, high-impact look by Yanina Couture, perfectly aligned with her energy and presence.

Il nero è stato il re della notte, con tocchi di bianco davvero azzeccati. Mi è piaciuto molto Conti, sempre fedele alla sua eleganza sobria e impeccabile, vestito dalla maison fiorentina Stefano Ricci, una firma che incarna perfettamente la classe italiana.

Da Vinci, il vincitore, ha scelto una combinazione bianco e nero pulita e moderna, con un papillon a fiocco che gli ha dato un tocco personale molto riuscito. Il suo look portava la firma di Dolce & Gabbana, perfetto per la sua presenza scenica.

Mi è piaciuto anche Mario, con una giacca lunga total black, molto class e con un’allure alternativa. Per lui, una scelta decisa e contemporanea firmata Givenchy.(be confirmed)

Black was the king of the night, with perfectly placed touches of white. I really liked Conti, always loyal to his refined and understated elegance, impeccably dressed by the Florentine maison Stefano Ricci, a name that truly embodies Italian class.

Da Vinci, the winner, chose a clean and modern black‑and‑white combination, with a bow‑tie ribbon that added a very personal and well‑judged touch. His look was signed by Dolce & Gabbana, perfectly aligned with his stage presence.

I also liked Mario, wearing a long total‑black jacket — very classy, with an alternative edge. His outfit was a bold and contemporary choice by Givenchy.(be confirmed)
